Kelley from the Louisa Branch of OneMain Financial is an absolute gem. She is a national treasure and needs to be protected by all costs. Kelley worked with me all day on my application. She waited patiently for me to find all the correct documents, and waited while I fumbled through not remembering passwords. She did so with such grace and a wicked awesome sense of humor. At one point I had to ask her to hold on because I was sitting criss cross applesauce style and got stuck... she understood that as a woman of a certain age that I was in pain. Kelley, Stephanie and Sabrina were knowledgeable and caring and very compassionate with their customers. They treated me like family! Absolutely the best loan experience ever! I recommend them. Very professional and they are amazing and down to earth and explain things on the loan. Answered all questions.
