HVAC unit didn't work so I called HVAC installer to come look. We found this burned wire in the main electric box! There could have been a fire! HVAC got on the phone to call a "master electrician" because the damage was in the vicinity of the high voltage power into the house. Within 20 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, Griffin Harper showed up and took charge of the situation and spent time giving me recommendations for maintaining the box. The service rate was reasonable and everything now works great! I will be using Harper Electric again!
