My AC want out about a week ago & it is working now, thank goodness. A- Advanced sent Joey who was extremely helpful & patient. It took some time to find the source of the problem but that is understandable, since sometimes its tricky. I liked how they kept the same technician on my job until it was complete. Through a process of elimination, Joey did find the problem area and fixed it. They are a very busy company but do a good job at juggling schedules and trying to accommodate everyone.

Michael was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me everything he was doing and why. He explained things I can do for preventative action to help my ac system. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes but took the time to make sure there was nothing else going on with the system.
