I have been going here for a few years now and am consistently impressed with my experience at Route 20/20. Dr. K is friendly, efficient, and very good at what she does. She also keeps up to date with the latest equipment and technology. John (the office manager) goes above and beyond to help (even adjusting glasses that I didn’t purchase there). I highly recommend them!
My first appointment here and it was a great experience.Dr. Katherine A Klopfer is thorough, experienced and genuine. She explained how the new equipment worked. She made recommendations specific to the size lenses that would be helpful for me. I will definitely return.
Dr. K was amazing, she was kind and understanding. She educated me on things about my eyes. Her brother was so sweet and he did my glasses perfectly. It's cool to see again, my dog ate all my old glasses beyond repair so it was fun buying new ones. The selection of glasses is probably the hardest thing for me. I know what I like and they had tons of glasses just not my style. I didn't care though, I found some and I love them. You will not be disappointed. It's how a small town doctor should be, she's great
