Called this place in a pinch to get a chair massage and they were able to accommodate me the same day. When I came in, staff seemed to be friendly, but I did had to ask for a fave covering for the massage chair. Bruce started my massage. He had 2-3 people standing around me, talking loudly as he was giving the massage. It was started to feel great and he checked on the pressure, but then partway through, he switched me over first to a lady who had no idea what she was doing and then to another woman who was average. I've been there twice, and had great massages both times. Both massages were with different people (Tony and Yaya) and both were very courteous. I also had Yaya thread my eyebrows, she was very nice and we discussed my eyebrow shape before she started, and they turned out great. I find the shop quaint and comfortable. It is not a high quality spa, but the massages and prices are great.

3/13/20(Appointment set up for Friday 13th) 3/11/20Called today and set up an appointment with Sherry. Sherry sounded happy that I was doing a Two hour appointment. I think this will be a great experience. I will; however, be watching for several things other clients have talked about. I hope my experience will be different from a lot of the negative reviews I have seen on Yelps Zen Reflexology. We will have to wait and see. Sherry sounded nice on the phone and so I decided to go with her. She did sound like she was the boss of this business.
