Welsh Construction did a great job on our large remodel. Design process let us see what the final product would look like and their estimate was very accurate. High quality work and their after project response to any issue has been quick. Will use them again.
I was impressed with the meticulous attention to detail that Welch demonstrated in the two simultaneous, but different projects they did for us. One was totally interior. The other was totally exterior. In both cases there were some difficult engineering elements to resolve, which they handled very expertly. They also have genuinely nice people working for them who I actually enjoyed having around. They keep the work site very clean and they go out of their way to make sure that the homeowner is well informed about what is happening and what they can expect.
Although this was a relatively small project (replacing a concrete porch), we were very impressed with the level of care and preparation. High quality work at a very reasonable price!
