Although this was a relatively small project (replacing a concrete porch), we were very impressed with the level of care and preparation. High quality work at a very reasonable price!
We’ve done 4 substantial home renovation projects in 4 different homes over the last 30 years. The project with Tim and Janeen Welsh was by far the best — it was on time, on budget, and most importantly, the highest quality.
Excellent quality of work and professional attitude. I was very pleased with Matt and Brian on the quality of work restoring our 18th century home's water damage and old termite damage. They always kept me informed of the situation. Even though the work got into more than planned, when complete, the cost came within the pre job estimate. Also when finished you could not tell the difference in the original vs new construction.
