I was traveling from SC to PA on September 19th. I was experiencing vibration and noises from the front passenger side tire+. I stopped at a truck stop down the road from Valvoline and a worker there referred me to them. I was greeted by Brandon. I told him I hit a large long piece of metal 4 days prior on my way to SC, and was very concerned i was now feeling the affects of it. He fit me in right then and there!!....did a COMPLETE inspection of the front end,, including suspension and tires and then even took it for a drive. I always try to get my oil changed here, the guys are always nice and friendly. Recently I had an issue with windshield blades I had gotten, something went wrong with one of them..I called, just to see if they had a warranty on them...Wonder customer service from the person who answered the phone, to the two guys that helped me when I pulled in. Great (not just good) customer service is rare now but they have it here for sure!!! Thank you for being so kind!
