We were lucky enough to find Pat and his company when we were looking to build a family retreat near Lexington. Over the past 7 years Pat has worked on four different projects for us, each one completed with both professionalism and a true understanding of our vision! We had Phoenix construction build our dream house. We moved in several months ago and we couldn't be happier! Pat and his team were so easy to work with. Our project was begun before we moved to the area, in fact we were out of the country for the first part of the build. We were sent pictures and kept informed every step of the way. Whenever I did notice something that needed attention, the correction was usually already underway. Once we moved to lexington we were always welcome on site and really enjoyed the process.
