I had an appointment today. I decided to check out the reviews this evening and am wondering if I visited the same place. Everyone was so kind. The reception was nice. The doctor and tech were both also very nice and informative. And the lady that did my glasses prescription was nice. I had a great experience.

The receptionist was nice, I only waited about 2 minutes. Got back there quick, exam went by quickly.
The downside tho, was when they put the drops in your eyes to test for glaucoma and cataracts. ( And u have to wait 15 min)
I told them I had to drive after, she said it was fine.
I had the contacts they gave me to put in, they dilated my eyes, could no longer see anything up close, everything super blurry, for hours after!
I had to drive an hour home and it was very uncomfortable.
When I took the contacts out and put my glasses back on I could see up close again, I'm nearsighted )
Apparently Eyeone does a glacoma test at every eye exam.

I called this morning to ask for my son's visit notes be sent over to another office and I had a great experience on the phone. I did not get her name but she was so friendly and compassionate - I even called back to ask for her name and ended up speaking with the office manager, she too was so friendly!Thank you for all that you are doing at this office, you all are doing a great job !!! I've worked in healthcare for 10 years now and we need more offices like you !!
