Very responsive, fast service, I had a hot water heater emergency on a Saturday and from the time I called and the time it was fixed was less than five hours….that includes travel times and installation of new heater. Highly recommended!

Beau was wonderful! Had a kitchen sink leak that I had hoped would be covered by HomeServe but turned out to be a much bigger problem. Beau took the time to go and purchase a new faucet, install and now I am good to go. I highly recommend his services.

We've been in the area about a year, outside of Lexington with a residential well. A couple of weeks ago, our water pressure dropped, to the point there was barely a dribble coming from our sink. I normally do my own repair work, but never had well water. After consulting Dr. Google, it appeared that it was either the pressure tank or pressure switch, but, with no experience, I wasn't very confident in my diagnosis, and, although replacing the switch didn't seem too formidable, wasn't at all sure about replacing the pressure tank.
