Eric was great the first year I worked with him and even the second year, but there ended up being a huge miscommunication when he asked Shari Menefee to send me over the digital documents. She claimed she sent it to me and it never happened, by the time she resent it, it was late, after it was signed and sent back, she recalled it, then she ended up ignoring my emails, phone call, and neither her Eric apologized for any of it until I asked to speak to a Supervisor after weeks of being ignored. They are over priced and the quality of service you receive is not worth it.
