Jill gives every pet loving care. You never have to worry about your pet being mistreated, spoken to angrily, drugged or any of the horror stories you sometimes hear. She loves animals and treats them all with gentleness and respect. My dog is a gentle giant and a bit timid. Yet, Jill has won her over and my pet is always happy to return for her 6 week grooming. Jill also helped me with my elder cat who had stopped grooming herself and become badly matted. The lion cut Jill gave her was really cute, but more importantly gave the cat great relief. All I can say is Jill really knows her business!! I took my Buttercup there after talking to them and being assured that we'd leave happy. Truer words have never been spoken. Buttercup came out looking and smelling better than she ever has. The whole experience was veery pleasant!
