I ordered a floral arrangement and didn't give them specifics, just a general idea of a spring bouquet and a price range. The owner was super nice and assured me that even though she had 2 funerals she would make the arrangement and get it delivered sane day, sometimes in the afternoon. The arrangement was lovely and she delivered it by shortly after noon. I was a first time customer and will most definitely buy from this shop again. Beautiful work and very nice owner! She even offered to just bill me even though she knew nothing about me. That is an awesome home town feel experience that makes for repeat customers!!
First Impression made an awful obligation bareable. Picking out flower arrangements for my Mother's funeral was made so much easier and quick due to the understanding ,empathy and compassion the staff showed my family and I. What I thought would take forever and would be torture was so easy and took approximately 15 minutes. We were immediately met with kindness and compassion. We gave them an idea of what we wanted and it was literally like they knew us and my sweet Momma on a personal level our entire life. I ordered flowers from this shop the day after Valentine’s Day & the lady said that they had a last minute funeral deadline but when I tell you they more than met my expectation, that would be a understatement! Absolutely beautiful flowers! Of course I called last minute & they were so busy but they were still wonderful to me! Over all it’s a 10 for me ???
