I had a thermostat issue and Redlaw, specially Jackson Basham, came out, not only diagnosed and fixed it, but check out multiple other things to ensure the system was working properly and that the issue at hand would not happen again. Redlaw Mechanical installed a new HVAC system for my home in Tappahannock earlier this year. It was a very challenging job due the limited height and access with my home. Megan did an excellent job working through the possible design options and we landed on a solution was cost effective and has been delivering great service. The Redlaw Mechanical duct design/fabrication and installation team comprised of Chris, Johnny and Luke were nothing short of amazing and delivered a class A job! Quality of service starts from the top and filters throughout the company. With nearly 10 years of experience having Redlaw install & maintain our ducted system we relied on them for a new split installation in a new structure.Despite supply issues and construction delays Megan, James, Andrew and all did an admirable job of delivering as promised!
