My sister who lives in another state has ordered flowers online to be delivered for my birthday. Michael's has delivered amazing bouquets over the years. Due to the recent below freezing temperatures she was informed their policy was to not leave outside. The delivery driver was very pleasant when i contacted him and advised i could pick up. I was also greeted to a very pleasant team when i arrived to pick up from the store, packed and ready to go. I appreciate the store policy and effort of the delivery driver to inform the customer.
