Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care provides exceptional care and convenience. The team is polite, caring, and works efficiently. The location is very clean, and the staff is helpful. Physician assistants are patient and take great care of patients. The team is warm, efficient, and caring. Patients appreciate the prompt service and beautiful facility. Although wait times can be long, the staff is professional and provides great care for common illnesses, minor injuries, and pediatric needs. The urgent care has evening, weekend, and holiday hours, offering convenient access to care when needed.
The night shift staff at the Lake Ridge Inova urgent care were absolutely amazing, FNP Kofi Frimpong, both MA's Shabir and the sweet young lady with the hijab (the name wasn't spelt clearly, so I dont want to misspell her name).. regardless they all took care of my mom as a priority, and took care of her the way she’s supposed to. I haven't had a great experience in the past with Inova, so seeing her get treated properly and respectfully I would definitely come back to this location specifically because of how great they treated my mom! I hope they get a raise because they deserve it!
The location was very clean, receptionist was very helpful. Physician assistant was very patient took great care of me, listen to complaints, and made
a great recommendation. I trul appreciated her assistance.
The Doctor that saw me has a great disposition. It was an enjoyable experience. The staff was professional and very efficient. It was just a check for strep throat but I am glad I went to this office.
