Amazing staff. My dog was recently diagnosed with a serious auto immune disease and was way overdue for a grooming. Due to his condition, he cannot be around other dogs or be kenneled. Genevieve was kind enough to come in on a closed day to safely groom my pup! They took the time to understand his current needs/condition and worked around them. I cannot thank their team enough and my boy is loving his new cut! I have never seen groomers more compassionate than them. Highly recommend!

We took our three rescued Boxers to The Grooming Cottage for the first time and couldn’t be happier! Milo is a very talented groomer and handled our wiggle butts with care, patience, and understanding! They have converted us to loyal customers😁
Choosing the grooming cottage was probably one of the best choices of my life. I have a Great Pyrenees who doesn’t like to be touched too much and hates strangers. They were so kind, patient, and loving toward her. They tackled her unmanaged coat with ease and while she was frailing, laughed and told her that she was being a good girl. I cannot stress how highly I recommend this place. Very talented people with an obvious love for the work they do and the animals they do it for. Truly amazing.
