I came to know RK Payne through a friend at work and am, so happy I switched. Being a life long customer from a big name in the area, I’m now treated as a person and not a number from the large company. Ben is so quick at estimating work to be done. They are also lower on estimates, something I was not seeing from the larger company. Great company and super nice people to work with.

Ben and James were exceptional on a recent call resulting from confusion by the operators on equipment. Polite and professional they resolved the issue quickly. James came out after a long day and completed the effort with ease. We highly recommend this team of professionals.
