The recipient of the bouquet was appreciative and happy with her bouquet and that’s the best I could have hoped for. This was the first time I’ve ordered from Four Seasons Florist KG and I became worried after reading further into the reviews about the substitutions option in the order form. The shop was helpful when I called Monday morning and I told the person on the phone that I was hoping few substitutions would be made. They said they would send me a photo of the finished product, which they did and I am grateful for the help.

I called to get flowers delivered to my husband who is stationed out there for school. We had a significant loss in his family. Unfortunately, we can’t make it to each other at the moment, but wanted to send him something to let him know I was thinking about him. I spoke with a nice woman and explained our situation to her. She helped me put together a lovely arrangement for him. I called today February 4th, 2025, and they were delivered an hour later! She was even able to find a couple of sunflowers that I believe were a little out of season. Above and beyond great service! Thank you guys so much for the help. Highly recommend using them!
