We replaced AC, fairly priced, all promises kept as far as delivery and installation. One year later every thing is working very well. Called Conn's out to a second home, they were prompt and easily identified the problem and quickly did the repairs. Very pleasant to deal with, always promptly responds. Highly recommend.

Sean was so nice and really knew his stuff. Not only did he get our AC working quickly, but he made it more efficient while he was at it. We signed up for the membership and now he comes out twice a year for regular maintenance. He insists on coming in the basement door so as to not track mud in the house! Great business!

We had some issues with one of our two units earlier this year and after the great service and fast response times, we signed a yearly service agreement. I am usually sceptical of these kinds of agreements, but with one follow up visit it has already paid for itself! Our upstairs unit completely stopped cooling this week and they were here to take a look in less than 24 hours and came out on a weekend to ensure we were taken care of. Service was prompt and professional and the discount from the service agreement made it even more reasonably priced. Recommend 100%!
