My heat decided Christmas Eve that it didn’t want to work properly. After calling several places looking for someone with an emergency tech, I found CMR. The lady that answered was extremely nice and had an idea of my issue. She got me scheduled and called to update me on the status of my ticket. The tech arrived (i think his name is Noah). He was able to diagnose my problem quickly and got it fixed and we had HEAT!! They saved our Christmas Eve family gathering! Thank you again for such a great service and experience!
