We're involved in the sale of our home and I needed information about lead testing on our well and possible whole house RO systems. I called Randal for information on how to address our concerns. This call was late Saturday afternoon. He explained the testing process and how to properly test for lead in our system, he even reviewed pictures of our filter system to provide the best advice. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I am an out of town owner of a property in Charlottesville. We needed a new water heater. I called several plumbing companies and none of them would give me an over the phone ballpark cost estimate. They quickly assessed what needed to be done and got right to work. They worked quietly and the install went extremely smoothly and not one speck of debris remained after they were finished. Two more checks in the plus column. Pricing was fair and Randal was very transparent with me when I asked how he arrived at the price for the job. Number five check in the plus column. Randal seems to take great pride in his work and his company, deservedly so. His is the only plumber card I will keep on my refrigerator. Thank you, Randal and Brittany, for a job well done!
My water heater stopped functioning properly. And I messaged Randall and he got back to me right away. Though his service area was not in my area, he called and took the time to explain what might be happening with my water heater. Randall is truly a genuine person and takes the time to solve your problem. I wouldn't hesitate to have his service for a second! He is a gem!
