Hungry Horse East LLC is a horse-friendly campground with excellent facilities. The area is well-kept and clean, with beautiful grounds and well-maintained trails. Guests can expect comfortable stalls with shavings and adequate space for trailers. The resort-like setting and friendly staff make for a pleasant experience, despite some minor navigation challenges with the maps.
We had such a great time!!!! This campground is one of my favorite campgrounds! So worth it!!!! The people that manage the place are absolutely amazing and the place looks perfect!. Great and very clean bathhouse too. The trails are beautiful, the camping spots are well maintained and big. The stalls are absolutely gorgeous. Neat, and unlimited shavings. We will be back! Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful paradise.
Horse friendly campground. Horse friendly people. You won't find non Horse people here. I do recommend trying for the fall, but dress warmer then what the weather says it will be. They have excellent stalls with shavings already in them, mucking tools and even large sights for extra long trailers.
This is one of the most beautiful places we have been to ride and camp! The trails are wonderful and the camp is beyond well kept and beautiful. The only thing that I would say was difficult is understanding the maps. We finally did get it figured out. We had three days of beautiful weather and beautiful riding! Thank you to everyone that makes this camp what it is.
