Brandon and his team were super friendly and very informative. They didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. They were very upfront and honest about how things would work and what I could expect since I'd never had my carpet cleaned. They also informed me on how I could fix the damaged spots in my carpet and let me know that if I ever thought about changing my carpet, it's something that they could help me with and it could be affordable to me. Mostly, I appreciated the hard work, the friendliness, and the honesty.

First of all, when I was in Danville Va. I was in search of a carpet cleaning company. I called this company after several other calls. I talked to a very nice lady, Ms. Amy many, many times because I had to move my appointment because of other contracted work being done. She was always very helpful and polite!! Even though I had to change my appointment several times and she was always the same, wonderful!! Brandon and Brandon (two different guys) are very hard workers, very professional and did an outstanding job for me. I recommend this company to anyone who has any carpet cleaning needs.
