We had a wonderful home closing experience at Tolbert and Tolbert! Mr. Tolbert made sure to explain each of the (many!) documents we were signing and answered any questions we had. He also went above and beyond to look into a curiosity we had about nearby land. He was professional, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and thorough- these are all very important considerations when choosing a closing attorney and we couldn’t have made a better choice.

Mr Tolbert was very professional and knowledgeable in our case. He and his staff were very responsive when I had questions. I would not hesitate to acquire his services again if I needed to. Our case was long and drawn out because of Covid but this was to no fault of Tolbert and Tolbert. In the end the outcome we had was what we wanted from the beginning of the process. And I thank Tim for his work on the case.
Mr. Tolbert's office has been so kind and welcoming to me so far. I had read some of the previous reviews, so I'll keep you posted. However, super welcoming so far. Receptionist was so nice. His office has been Attentive to return calls and over all he was a really nice guy. Seems real down to earth and asked me important questions.
