Consistently providing a friendly customer services attitude, straight forward scheduling and honest repair. Alex has proven to me now for well over a year that he is reliable and qualified to maintain not only my Duramax but my daughters VW Beetle.Prior to buying a used Mercedes, I asked Alex to survey the mechanicals. He drove it home, performed diagnostics, and put it on his lift. Followed up with a comprehensive report on immediate needs and other related issues good and bad. I came here with my car broken down several miles away. I asked Alex if he could help me get it towed to him and then repair it. Instead, he went to the car and got it started, just to save me the towing expense. That is a level of compassion and service that you do not see much of anymore. The charges that I did pay for were very reasonable. This place has me as a loyal customer now. I strongly recommend supporting this business.
