Contacted Piedmont Carpet Care to have carpet restretched. Wilde communicated well when providing the estimate and performing the work. He showed up on time and work was quality at a reasonable price. Definitely will be using for any future flooring needs.

They did an excellent job and I wish that I had taken before pictures to post because there is such a big difference. Not only did the carpets look great, they thought the original estimate was too high and voluntarily lowered the price when it came time to pay. I highly recommend Piedmont Carpet Care and will definitely use them again in the future!

Nothing but praise for the service done to our carpets, truly deserving of all 5 stars. I initially contacted another carpet company who were highly recommended locally, they offered one free room, but after measuring my carpet their quote was almost $1,000, what?!?!? I took the one free room and went in search of another company to finish the job. I called Piedmont Carpet Care and spoke to the owner of the family owned business, and told him I was desperate and needed someone to come out today.
