From the very start, Doug A. was very knowledgeable and helpful in connecting us with G&K Carpentry (Gary and Kyle) to begin our staircase renovation. Our existing staircase was red oak and 20 years old, and we wanted a more modern, updated look. G&K came out promptly and gave us lots of ideas and choices with samples. Century Stair provide exceptional white oak materials for the renovation and Gary was expertly able to custom match our new staircase with our new flooring color. Gary's expertise and craftsmanship with the fit of all handrails was perfection, as well as the structurally sound construction of the newel posts.
