Very pleased with phone call to set appointment up, was given information on contracts available, no pressure. Appt. was set up, technician came within time given, also explained process of pest control, & proceeded with first application, & time frame of returning appts.
Katie reached out to us with an opening sooner than our scheduled appointment date, as we requested. Eric was very prompt, friendly, and informative. I highly recommend using Epling’s!
