Tech that came out was very knowledgeable and explained the products they use. We have a dog and I wanted to make sure that the products would not be harmful to him after drying. Top notch Customer Service from the appointment taker at the office all the way through to the actual treatment appointment.

Excellent company to do business with. I've had both techs, David and Joshua and they could not come any more customer friendly than this. These guys are great and so is Katie in the office. The whole staff is a pleasure to work with and I want to thank them at this time for such great customer service, which is so hard to find these days.

David, the inspector has come out twice to our home now. Once for termite inspection & once for a follow up and reccomendation.He is by far and wide the kindest person I've ever met. Extremely professional in his entire transaction. Even was kind to my kids! He's all about explaining things in a way you understand, and affordability options down to the t.Their office staff is phenomenal every time we've called for a question or to schedule they've been over the moon to help us in answering questions or whatever our need was.I won't do business with anyone else.Service: Termite inspection
