Richard was fantastic! He quickly figured out the problem and even though he didn’t have the part with him, he was able to provide a temporary solution until it could be fixed. He clearly knows his stuff and I appreciate that Valley Air was able to send someone out the same day. It was overall a great experience!

The people who work for Valley Air have always been at my house when expected and knew exactly what work they were to do. If they had questions, they would ask and…when answering my questions…they were honest about knowing, or not knowing, the answers.
