My experience was overall very good with Excel. Their tech, Jacob, was prompt, and professional. He kept me updated on what he was doing and how long it should take him to fix everything. Their project manager Jim Vance, also came out to give us a quote for a new system. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining my options. The only negative for me, was that dispatcher did not tell me that their tech’s weren’t certified in Carrier products, which become an issue in fixing our system. We had a great experience with the team at Excel. They were prompt in responding to calls, professional and accurate in proposing a solution for us, and very respectful and efficient in the installation process. We are very pleased with the outcome.
Greatly appreciate Excel's emphasis on customer service. Jacob solved our AC problem during a heatwave and did it with patience and a positive attitude. I also really appreciate that we receive a text message ahead of the tech's arrival with their name and photo.
