By Design Interiors (Jessica Byrd) is excellent. They resuced us from a poor quality Kitchen and Bathroom remodel where we had to fire the previous contractor due to large tile 24"x12"being laid without a leveling system which resulted in significant lippage. In addition among other poor quality work, a new kittchen exhaust fan was not installed correctly.
We switched to By Design Interiors who turned our lemons into lemonade. Jessica has a wonderful group of people working to make everything turn out right. We were working on a small bathroom reno (on a budget) and started with Lowes thinking it would be much more economical. After several trips, inexperienced help, poor customer service and returns, we decided to give Jessica at By Design a chance. Not only were her prices as good or better, but the service, quality and overall advice was professional and SO worth it. Now that our project is finished, we are so glad we used By Design. Any project - big or small, 100% I recommend. Excellent products, installers and customer service!
Jessica was very nice and helped us pick our flooring and there was a huge selection of flooring in the store. We spent a considerable amount of time in the store and were not rushed. The only issue was the communications. Many unanswered emails and phone calls. Took months to receive my bill despite emailing her my new email address and even reminding her I still needed to pay which she didn't reply to, then she sent the bill to the wrong email which I fortunately checked before it was disabled. Good product and prices but that was about it. Probably best to go to the store in person for followup if that's possible. I was out of state so it didn't work... read full review
