I've lived here since June 2019 & the staff that are here now are by far the BEST of all that I've seen come & go. The office Mgr Lisa goes above & beyond what's expected and so does the Maintenance staff Tim & Keith. When I noticed a leak in the water heater Maintenance took care of it right away & replaced with a new one. Last week our heat went out about 9pm & to my surprise Lisa was knocking on the door with 2 electric heaters after she saw my email while working late in the office. The next morning Keith & Tim had my heat up & running before I even got out of bed because the furnace area is located out on the patio. I am not a tenant, but visited the property and met with. Ms Lisa P. I felt like I was I another time as her patient, thorough and unbelievable customer service was unmatched by any property with who I have met in recent years. She patiently explained all necessary information giving details and even even using visual aids so I could actually remember why we talked about. When she learned that I was looking for another person, she immediately provided them all needed information email. She took no shortcuts. If she I the kind of manager who employs these practices once one moves in, I'd say that her tenants would be well-cared for.

I have been living at country club apartments for a year now, the apartments are nice and well maintained.. shout out to the maintenance guys! Any issue I’ve had in the apartment have been addressed promptly. The walls are thin so I can see how noise could be an issue, however I have pretty good neighbors. The grounds are clean and neighbors have been respectful in keeping shared areas clean such as laundry spaces. Rent did go up and I’m unsure of why exactly, no renovations have been done. Parking can become an issue, maybe adding lines to parking spaces would help. All In all it’s a nice place to live and at a reasonable price compared to other complexes around...read full review
