Just had my tank pumped out, technicians were awesome, fast and helpful. Great advice and did an outstanding job. Checked our secondary tank and was good to go there. My 4 year came over to help out and admitted to dropping a marble down the toilet to the technicians. I don't think he's going to drop anything else down the toilet again now he knows it's not coming back :) Thanks!

Highly recommend for septic tank pumping. Arrived on time and even called when on his way. Explained about how septic tanks work and how the county gives $50 rebate. Very satisfied with the service and will get them again for sure. Keep up the great service Loudoun Septic!!!!!

I previously used this company in 2016, and again in 2020 to clean out and unclog our septic system. They replaced the smaller intake valve for a larger one to make the job easier. they did a great job and were easy to work with. I recently discovered that my dogs were digging around the black plastic piping from the system and it now has a whole in it. I've called Loudoun Septic several times over the last few weeks. I had to leave voicemails and no one had gotten back to me. I finally spoke to someone yesterday and she informed me that the county sent out 10,000 reminder postcards to homeowners reminding them of their need to pump their systems every five years.
