Shad and his team were amazing. The ladies I spoke with on the phone were informative, patient and helpful. I got set up for an estimate on replacing my outdated kerosene powered heating system, and wanted to see what my options were. Shad came to the house and thoroughly looked everything over, gave me a couple different options and asked my preferences, then sent me a few estimates the next day. They were able to get me on the schedule in a few weeks despite it being the busy season, and sent me a courtesy text to give me a heads up on when the technicians would arrive. The team also worked with me to setup a financing plan that went great with my budget. When the installers came , they were right on time, knowledgeable, and professional. They took down all the old ducts, completely removed my old system, and had the new ducts and heat pump installed in less than 3 days. My wife and i are thrilled with the install, it works perfectly and efficiently.
