I cannot say enough good things about Pristine Acres. Steve and his team just finished our project and we could not be happier. They did an incredible job. Pristine makes every part of the process as easy as possible. Our back yard presented quite a challenge for them as it is almost straight hill going up. We first met with Steve who had a vision for the backyard that seemed almost impossible. But when we met with the rest of the team, we were convinced the dream he shared with us was indeed possible, with just a little grading and a couple retaining walls, and the walls are so beautiful they actually add to the beauty of the outdoor space. We just completed a large back yard project with Pristine Acres and we couldn't be more thrilled with how it turned out. The end result is amazing but just as amazing was our experience and every member of the Pristine team. Every single step of the way these guys blew us away. Their responsiveness, their attention to detail, their professionalism, the timeline to completion...everything, made us feel like they truly cared about making it perfect and making us happy.
