Last winter, I had new lenses put in my favorite frames. There was something not quite right about them but I assumed it was because I had fallen on them and had them completely out of whack. Although I intended to bring them back to have them straightened out, life took over and it was not until this fall when I lost a pad from the nose piece that I finally made it in. As it turns out, the optical lab had drilled one of the mounting holes off a smidgen so the glasses were close but not right. New lenses were ordered and within the week I was all straightened out. Thanks so much to all the staff for the wonderful help I didn't even know I needed !
