“I called Central Virginia Services last Monday morning when my HVAC system was not blowing properly. Rhonda was able to schedule me for Wednesday morning, before the heat wave. Mark arrived a couple minutes early of my one hour window. Although it turned out to be an easy fix (burned wire connected to my heat pump's capacitor), he diagnosed, replaced the wire and had my system back up and running in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with Rhonda and Mark, and have a feeling CVS will be my go-to for all my HVAC needs in the future! Allen”
