The owner came out on a Saturday to give us a quote since we were having a issue with our unit up stairs. The quote that was given over the next day or two. After looking over numbers and we decided to go with them, they were not as expensive. They have since installed 2 systems in our home and we couldn't be happier. Our old system was 23 years old so this upgrade was needed. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of service or replacement.
Had a very great experience with Steve. We were having a problem with our thermostat for our home that we purchased. House was freezing and we weren’t getting heat. He was nothing but patient, understanding and careful to explain what the issues were. Made sure the shoes were off while he was in our home. He went above and beyond and even also fixed an issue with our dryer vent that needed to be cleaned out too, completely separate from our main problem.
