Village Cleaners Inc. offers excellent and professional cleaning services with high-quality dry cleaning. Items are always completed on time and well presented. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the hours are limited, making it difficult to work around, and clothes take about a week to be returned. Despite this, many customers are satisfied and recommend the business for its service and quality.
I don't get the opportunity to visit the village cleaners often, normally my husband goes but everyone is so friendly & inviting. Had some Customed monogram shirts for my husbands business came out amazing, thanks Kay!!
I made a costly mistake and forgot to pick up my suit from the Village Cleaners in Gloucester. I didnt realize it until the next day and they were closed! I was in a panic. I had to have that suit!
Out of desperation i called and left a message explaining my goof and went back to work, dejected and sad.
I got a phone call from the owner himself a short time later explaining he would take my suit to the Rt 17 location so i could pick it up. That day! No extra expense, no hard time. Just good neighbors being good neighbors.
I am new to the area and dont know these people from Adam but they treated me like i was family and THAT is worth more to me than anything...read full review
