I highly recommend Lockwood’s Carpets for any flooring needs. The staff I dealt with (Tim, Lee, and Kenny) were exceptional, knowledgeable, and professional. Lee and Kenny, the installers, were prompt, kept me informed throughout the process, and took great pains to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. The results are absolutely amazing and I would not hesitate to use Lockwood’s for any future flooring needs as their attention to detail and customer service are truly over the top!!
Lockwood’s installed the flooring in our house when it was built a little over a year ago. Recently there was an issue with one plank in a highly visible area. They came out and had the issue fixed in less than an hour and left extra planks just in case. The guys were extremely polite and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Lockwood’s!
