My acupuncture session with Lauren was wonderful! She told me as much as I wanted to know and made space for rest. I left feeling refreshed, open and whole. My mind is quiet and at peace. I also have zero sciatic pain and I cannot remember the last time. I booked a follow up. Love her! Her hand is gentle and confident and knows what the body needs the way God knows what my soul needs. I feel the Lord using her to minister His healing.

I really do love this place. Once a month I come to "the city" & make an afternoon of it. The therapists I've had, Beth & Amy, are really great. I slept a full 6hrs of motionless sleep after my last session!

We are located in the heart of Gloucester Village and offer custom massage and acupuncture therapy treatment sessions specializing in creating a treatment plan that is just right for you the day you come in. We also offer massage therapy tailored toward our active elders all the way through later life stages including educational resources for personal and professional caregivers.
