I am not one to write a lot of reviews but I need everyone to know how great Gloucester Nail Spa is!!! I give them 5+ stars!!! They are always friendly and if you go more than once they will remember you!! They always make a point to speak to you and make you feel welcome!!! They are extremely busy but are always willing to set up an appointment but incase of a emergency they will try to squeeze you in (you might have to wait but they will get to you) The facility is very clean!!! I won’t go anywhere else!!!

I Waited an hour after being told it wasn’t going to be that long of a wait, got misshaped nails, was given a regular top coat after asking for matte twice, was burnt by the nail file multiple times, and then after being rushed out of there, three separate nails had the polish just peel right off. I understand mistakes but this definitely was not my first bad experience with this nail salon.Service: Acrylic nails

Everyone was so nice, and really pleasant. I wanted french tips, and the lady said it was going to be hard, as my nail polish didn't dry fast. Despite this, she worked around it, doing the tips and then the polish, and it was amazing!Services: Pedicure
