Great dentist and staff are friendly. Only irritating thing are the constant reminders about your upcoming appointment. Text messages that you confirm the appointment, then days later you get more text messages and if you miss the phone call when they call to remind you of your appointment to confirm you’ll be there they cancel your appointment. Or at least this is my experience. But seriously this is nothing to get upset over because I’m sure they’ve had plenty people be a no call No show and this is the reason why. Anyway the Aspen Dental is a great place and I think they’re awesome😁
The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and nonjudgmental even though I had not been to the dentist in over a decade and had several issues. My treatment plan was provided to me in full.
