I can’t express how far above and beyond Chris went to take care of the issues we were having at the house. He came the same day we had inquired about scheduling an estimate(which we weren’t charged for). Upon finding a wire that was split, and arcing when moved, he readjusted his schedule to come out first thing in the morning to make sure our family didn’t lose power due to faulty wiring.He solved several problems I was having with the safest and most expeditious solution possible and had everything squared away before 10am the next day. I was called the day before to confirm the appointment which I really appreciate. Then 2 hours before the appointment, William called to let me know that my Generac, which is attached to a solar system is not covered by their license so he can’t work on it. He saved me the service call fee and advised me to contact Generac for licensed dealers.
