    Shanco knows exceptional customer service! I had the pleasure of working with a youngman named Fischer. I served our country for 24 years in recruiting and HR, so customer service has always been one of my top priorties. When meeting Fischer he did not have a 'salesman' mentality, and was very personable and relatable. He explained how he came to be a part of Shanco.
