On Wednesday the 15th I was with 2 of my cousins from Alabama that came to put flowers on our departed loved ones graves. We had found 8 of them but couldn’t find the last one. I went to the office to ask for help. And Christina Bowen was so kind, professional and eager to help. She even went with me to make sure we found it. Losing a loved one is a devastating experience, but Kim Moore has been so caring in assisting me with my mom's plot and ongoing care. She has helped me with perpetual flower placement and any other concerns I have had. She is responsive and incredibly kind and helpful. Christine, who also works at Mt. Rose, is also incredibly helpful and kind. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
