Took my long hair cat to get the works done, when she came out she looked amazing and smelled wonderful and boy did she know it too, was walking and prancing around like a little beauty queen, thank you so much for doing a wonderful job!!!!

Awesome staff! Great grooming! And our doggie, who I might add is 75lbs thinks he was the king going here. He was pampered and loved on, and was able to take his security blanket aka dog bed and favorite toy for his stay. The staff kept us up to date on how he was doing and even did glamor shots of him. Absolutely would recommend this place again for our doggie. This will always be his home away from home.

I was shocked to see these prior reviews. I've used JR Pet Services for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. When I had to be hospitalized for surgery my first thought was my four dogs. I was traumatized, I sought out Jennifer at Waggin Train. She calmed my fears and gave me the option to have them come in and pet-sit or board. My fears were gone. I decided to board since I wasn't sure what my condition would be when I returned home. Luckily they just opened a beautiful facility in Sparta, NC which is very close to home for me. The dogs got their own big room with french doors to see out! When I picked them up they were all immaculately clean (as is the facility) having had a complimentary bath. I was so grateful to them and always will be.
